The Oak Hill Town Center Community Development District
The Oak Hill Town Center Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on October 28, 2024 by the City Commission of the City of Oak Hill (Volusia County), Florida, Ordinance No. 2024-12 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

The Oak Hill Town Center Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on October 28, 2024 by the City Commission of the City of Oak Hill (Volusia County), Florida, Ordinance No. 2024-12 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Commission hereby grants all powers authorized pursuant to §190.011 and 190.012(1)(a)-(h), (2)(a), and (3), Florida Statutes (2020), as may be amended from time to time. The Charter of the District shall be as set forth in Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, and hereby finds that it is the public interest of all citizens of the City to grant such powers and special powers.
